Corrections & Responses
ReferPro, reviewers, and readers can ask for a correction or publish a response. Requests are reviewed by a person, and published corrections are dated and logged.
What you can request
- Correction of a specific statement published on this site
- Correction or update of a source label, link, date, or rating
- Publication of a company response beside an archived review
- Removal of your own submitted review
- Report of impersonation, a privacy problem, or exposed personal data
What to include
- The exact page URL and the exact sentence or field at issue
- What you believe is inaccurate and what the accurate statement is
- Any supporting documentation you are able to share
- How you would like to be credited or contacted
How to send it
Email kendall@joinclicki.com with "Correction request" in the subject line. Company responses received through this address are published beside the relevant review unless the sender asks otherwise.
